I was recently switched to 5mg Lexapro after being on Zoloft for almost two months. I saw that the pill itself only came in 10mg and didn't have a way to easily split it. Can these pills be cut with one of those tablet cutters or do I need to find another way of splitting the pill in half?

Hi, they do come in 5mg as I've recently stopped taking them - I used a standard pill cutter to split mine when I was tapering off them. Speak to your GP for the 5mg.
