Supra-Sphincteric Fistula Treatment

Hello Friends,

I am suffering from anal fistula. After MRI scan they say its Supra-Sphincteric Fistula, which falls under complex category. The fistula tract is 8mm diameter and the doctor suggesting Mucosal Advancement Flap surgery which has a 60% success rate.

Has anyone came across this type of fistula if yes can you please suggest what procedure has been carried out. Please advise some real experience which will help. Any other suggestions please.
