Surgical Fissure closure with Boris a week ago, still very painful!

I had a chronic fissure closed 9 days ago and boots injected. They had to remove a lot of scar tissue to close the fissure, but they left the very painful skin tags around the Amy's. I mean I almost pass out if you touch them painful.

Now my motions are always loose, thanks to ibd, and the pain is better, but I still feel like I have a huge throbbing mass in my anus after I have a bm. I still get spasms, and a dragging pain in my bladder that drives me crazy.

How long until the botox takes full effect?

Can they still remove the tags as they are killing me too?

Is it normal to feel like you have a throbbing mass in your back passage after every poop after this operation? Will it get better? How long roughly will it take if so?

Help!

botox usually peaks at the one month mark and lasts 2-3 months.

removal of scar tissue / fissurectomy is quite painful and it can take upto 6 weeks to completely heal.
