Suspect costochondritis

I had my gallbladder removed in March of 2021 and every since then I have had left side rib and top of breast ache and discomfort. sometimes it feels difficult to put my arm against my left chest wall. Everything I have read about costochondritis it sounds like what I have obviously some have different symptoms than others I never had any issues until surgery. I have check my breasts there is no lumps everything looks and feels the same. I have read that sometimes costochondritis can radiate through the chest wall and make you feel that it's coming from different spots. I feel it on both sides sometimes and in my shoulders and across the chest.
