Suspected herpes

So after risky activity, symptoms have been as follows:
Burning in thigh area few days after and for nearly a week plus activity. This was quite intense as a feeling.
Sore throat and redness in throat for 2 to 3 weeks after
Fatigue which could have been down to stress
Redness and soreness on penis glans generally which is not subsiding
Appearance of Fordyce like spots around mouth after 6 weeks after activity and oral lips burning after eating hot/spicy food. Never ever had any of this before hand.
I'm just over 7 weeks in post exposure and have developed what I think is a dull ache in both legs.
Treatments ive had include two courses of doxycline, first treatment was a week after encounter and second was at week 6.
Test wise I've had IGM at 17 days which came back negative and IgG which came back negative at 6.5 weeks.
I've had redness on glans randomly appear a few times and have had this pcr swabbed 3 times, all of which came back negative. Glans are painful and swollen once I masterbate. Foreskin appears tighter and skin looks thinner.
I've seen 3 to 4 GUM Doctors who tell me I don't typically present with Herpes due to no lesion outbreaks and that first one is typically baf (I've had a few follicular spots on thighs but nothing to swab, note I've had these in the past too) the doctors have looked at these and said it's nothing. Had 3 full Std panels which all came back clear, last one at 45 days incl hiv.
I've also seen a urologist who told me to move on and it's nothing, he also did urine based sti test that came out clear.
I've seen one dermatologist last week who now says I've got lichen sclerosis but says I don't present with anything herpes related. Very dismissive. Given me trimovate cream and epiderm cream to use. Trimovate is making glans more irritated though.
Really in no man's land with all of this.
My plan is to re run igg at 13 weeks and then try and figure out how to get a western blot too depending on result (UK based).
I'd welcome any thoughts or comments. Pictures below.....

Oral spots on corners of lips on both sides, similar to Fordyce that are now subsiding after burning feeling diminishes. One side resulted in cuts..
Dermatologist said this could be angular chielitis but it all feels rather coincidental.
