Suspected Pancreatic Issue -- Please let me know thoughts

Background -- I am 27 year old Male - In good shape - pretty frequently working out -- Since about 2014 every time I drank it was on the heavy side but not every day - probably from 2014-2018 maybe 9/10 times a month. Then in 2019 I was prescribed adderall which I took as needed - sometimes 3/4 days in a row or sometimes just a few times a week spaced out. Sometimes I would take a month break from any drinking at all during this time. And for about a 1 month period I drank nightly 7-10 beers while on vacation in 2018. During these times whenever I took the adderall I would end up drinking about 5-7 beers at the end of the night to help fall asleep, and also I would smoke a lot of nicotine vape pens throughout the days I was on adderall and would end up drinking on a fairly empty stomach. So for about 3 years - at least a few days a week I would drink 5-7 beers and smoke a lot of nicotine while on the adderall. I never had an medical issues because of this until about 2 months ago in Mid April -- I noticed I have some middle abdominal pain but mainly felt it in my left middle back with movement, after about a week or so of drinking 6/7 drinks every few nights. That day when I woke up the pain wasn't unbearable and seemed to be worse with moving in certain ways, this gave me a lot of anxiety and I went to the ER. At the ER everything was normal with my blood tests except for a very slightly elevated Lipase at 137 on a scale of 10-82 scale. They gave me a CT scan with contrast and ruled that I did not have any acute pancreatitis. They told me to follow up with Primary Care doc a week later to make sure levels went down - When I went a week later my lipase returned to normal at 32 and then I checked it again about 2 weeks later and it was at 18. I also had 2 ultrasounds of my full abdomen in the last 2 months and both came back completely unremarkable. I have drank maybe 4/5 times since the ER visit starting a month after I went and had about 2-4 drinks when I did. When drinking the first time I noticed that the a similar pain resulted that I went to the ER for. But since then when I've drank there really hasn't been a big noticeable feeling of pain that is triggered. Ever since I went to the ER though I still had this strange lingering sort of pulled muscle type pain in my back that seems to get worse with bending over or certain movements in which my back is involved but this pain with movement is not always there -- sometimes it is a little more pronounced but usually only with movement and seems like it might get triggered a little more if I take adderall or have a tobacco pouch. I have not really had any abdominal pain really and haven't really pin pointed any pain after eating. In the last month or so I have seen 2 GI doctors. Both of the doctors reviewed my history and all my symptoms and test results and gave physical exams and they both are telling me they don't believe this to be a pancreatic issue. I am an anxious person and a hypochondriac so part of me thinks that it still is a pancreatic issue despite the 2 GI doctors / primary care doctor / and therapist telling me that its not a pancreatic issue. The GI doctor told me after a long chat about all of my history and symptoms that he believes it to be a back issue and to see a orthopedic doctor. I have gone to the ER about 10 times over the course of the last few years for random things that I think are wrong with me so I have had blood drawn countless times over the years so the doctor had a lot of information to base his claims on. I am just posting this because I would like to know what you guys thought about this story and if anyone here has had or has ongoing pancreatitis or chronic pancreatitis if they have any information they can send my way or thoughts about all of this .. Please let me know what you think
