Suspicious ovarian lesion

Have been tired, not sleeping at night, constipated & blood in toilet. Dr ordered X-Ray's, ultrasound. X-rays showed faecal loading, no small bowel obstruction or dilation, no pneumoperitoneum. Ultrasound showed something in left ovary so did an internal, found a 2.2cm solid appearing lesion raising the possibility of underlying neoplasm fibrous stromal tumour. Have had bloods done & initial results are clear just waiting on tumour marker bloods. Please help. I'm really struggling to get through until I can see a specialist. I can't stop dry retching & freaking out..I'm 42, mum of 4.

But if an update. So things haven't really settled down. Dr told me to stay on the pill & not take the sugar tablets, which I tried, but last month I got the worst period ever. I was even losing tissue. Still have ongoing bowel problems, can't sleep & pain in left side. I generally feel awful all the time. just went back to the good doctor, he tells me it's not a fibroid but a cyst on my ovary. I've just had my bloods done &booked in an ultrasound for Monday. After these results come in he wants to refer me to that specialist gynalogical clinic in for D & C & a mirena coil put in. I'm a little upset but doing better than last time. He thinks it's nothing to worry about & will get sorted with this procedure.

oh grrrr. That's not good. The thingy/cyst on the ovary still on there like in your original post?

I don't know, but I would love it to be cut off/out like mine and so many other peoples' did.

      Best of luck!
