I have this weird spot or wart on the side of my right nee please can someone tell me what it could be as skin cancer is really scary to me and my anxiety has been acting up about it.

Don't just worry about it, go and get it checked by your doctor. It probably isn't anything but if it is something serious then the sooner you get it looked at the better. I had a little dark brown mole suddenly appear just above my knee so went to the doctor who said he'd take it out which he did - job done. There are so many different lumps and bumps that look very similar to cancer but are totally harmless but you shouldn't either think it's harmless or go to the other extreme and think it's cancer, it could be any one of them and the sooner you get it looked at the sooner you can hopefully have your mind put at rest.
