Suture dehiscence after capsulolabral repair

Sorry in advance for my english.

1 week ago I went through surgery for a bankart lession + capsular retensioning.

4 days after surgery i was carrying my phone with the other hand, when it fell frontwards . Instinctively, I used both of my hands to try and grab it, rapidly. The operated arm was on the sling, but I'm not sure it is adjusted to the core enough. I think I abducted and externally rotated the arm so little, but the movement was rapid/aggresive. I felt a sharp pain but only for that instant.

Is it possible that I have pulled out the sutures? I can't stop thinking about it since then.

Thanks a lot in advance.
