Hey All,

34 Yrs old Female, been having heart palipatations since 2016 (consistantly) prior to this, I referred to it as anxiety attacks, of course one phyiscian gave me an EKG in my early 20s came back as my Right chamber was staying open to long, but nothing to worry about. In 2016 I started to realize during my softball games, that i could play but couldnt give 100% I started to get shortness of breath, over exseristated my building, and was thinking to much of the next play to concentrate on the game, especially not showing my symptoms.

Below Ive included my ekg results in the past few years, maybe someone can help make sense of everything, my doctors just say tachycardia take Metropol 25mg. 2xs a day, i still have arrhyetmia and cant get it back in rhythm for hours at times or even a day, than after i expierence an episode im dizzy, fatigued, depressed and sometimes my body hurts to even touch if this makes sense.

12/16- borderline prolonged QT intraval early r/s transmission sinus rhythm, dx: palipations was showing (98) abrnormal ECG

2/17- Sinus tachycardia, premature complexes

3/17- sinus tachycardia, ventricular premature complex, bordeline reprolaztion abnormality, prolonged QT interval was showing (150) abnormal ECG

6/17- Arrythemia DX: tachycardia showing (140) but NORMAL ECG

7/18- Tachycardia DX: Palipatations DX: Delayed trans showing (118) Normal ECG

9/18- Sinus Rhythm DX: arrythemia showing (70) Normal ECG

10/19- Tachycardia DX: sinus tachycardia showing (143)

11/19- Tachycardia DX sinus tachycardia showing (103)

12/19- SInus Tachcardia DX: Unknown showing (122)

I know what majority of this means but maybe out here can add a little more insight! Is this now my life? I am always going to be having trouble with plipations that than cause anxiety? ive gotten better managing but it is still scary especially when it goes into a rhymtehmatic disturbance, what do you guys do in those situations? Ive tried the table test, breathing skills, holding my breath, pounding on my chest (i dont recommend this) but there are times it is miserable.

Thanks in advance,

C. Johnson

Any episode is really scary! I dealt with svt for many years and decided to have the ablation. my procedure was about a week and a half ago and I feel amazing! I was so nervous for weeks before. Honestly, it really was not that bad at all. Do it!
