Have been under non stop stress last seven months in real estate business. Hadn't experienced an attack like this in over a yr. Bad insomnia for months. Woke up during bad dream, felt pressure in chest SVT 188 bpm. Converted like I usually do with ice over face. Anyone else experience SVT from stress? TY

I have found that when I have had a stressful event, I have an episode the following day. Even after one of my attempted ablations where he could not trigger me, I had an episode the following day........sucks...

i am awaiting an ablation. i started getting short runs after 50, i didn,t know what they were until the big one where i had to be reverted. i did not go to the doctor because unless they witness the attack they brush it off, i don,t like doctors anyway. stress would set mine off.
