SVT Without noticeable symptoms

I’m a lifelong fitness professional. I’m 67 , I look and feel like I am in my 50's. I’ve never had any noticeable issues of my heart racing but I passed out last Father’s Day and wound up in the emergency room.

I had gotten Covid two days before and figured it was because of being sick and being dehydrated.

My doctor ordered an echocardiogram that was normal and a zio Monitor that revealed i had SVT

I have an appointment with a cardiologist and was wondering if a drink at night is a problem
