Swallowing issues and Left upper abdominal pain

Hi all,

I have been suffering for about 3 years now with swallowing issues, chest pain, upper back pain and upper abdominal pain. I have had 2 endoscopys , the first one was normal the second was a year later said I had an incompetent cardia. i have dizzyness muscle weakness, so many symptoms that go with it but I just dont seem to be getting any answers. I'm due to see the gastro people again as my stool sample came back positive for inflammation so I'm praying this will give me some answers or they will actually do a scan on my upper left side to see what's causing me all these issues. has anybody ever experienced this?
