Sweat in unusual area

Hi, rather an odd question but I wondered if any other ladies goes through the odd experience I have. I don't normally sweat in general and I did not have many hot flashes during peri-menapause. But recently I sweat a lot between my legs , I mean on my groin area and under. If I am moving around , doing a lot of work I sweat there. It is so unpleasant. I keep changing my underwear. I wonder if any one has this experience and how can it be sorted if possible. Thank you

Wow, glad I am not alone in this. It has been 2-3 weeks and find it very strange. I mentioned it to GP who is specialised in menopause today. But she said that she it is unusual. I must have been the only one mentioned this. :0

ive mentioned things that i & other women have gone through on here to my gp who also specialises in menopause & some she hasnt recognised so i wouldnt worry too much. i said about my achy joints & muscles which is very common & she said i think youve got a virus! id had this symptom for months!

Me too! I dont get hot flashes (yet) and have never been one to sweat much at all but this year all of a sudden I've become a sweaty Betty 😳 I mentioned it to the meno specialist and she said 'temperature' problems are very common. Maybe HRT would help but I gave up on that after a couple of weeks - made me even more anxious than normal. Anyway, you're not alone!

I have that too! I also feel like my skin is oily all over. I have had hot flashes but with this i don't really get hot. Just sweaty and oily, almost like clammy but no fever and don't feel bad. Does anyone else have this experience?
