I tend to get sweating after bending over. i start sweating over my back and head and get throat irritation and chest muscle pain. I have severe gastritis. What could be the reason.

My husband had balance problems - something to do with ear - and after each episode, he would suddenly sweat all over. Bending over also caused the balance problem.
It just makes me think there is some neurological reaction.
