How long have you been on the Mirtazipine 45mg for now? Are you taking it as med for sleep, depression or anxiety or a combo? I'm on the same dose and it's meant to help with my anxiety and depression as an add on to 40mg citalopram but the only benefit I've found so far is deep and prolonged sleep (about 9 hrs a night). I wake up sweating each morning and feel cold which I think is related to the Mirtazipine. I've also found that I've had zero appetite despite increased appetite and overeating being one of the side effects. Are you getting any benefit from it or just horrible side effects?

      Hello Jonesy77

Was put on 15 mg(Aug2020), increased to 30mg and finally 45mg(Dec2020).

Taking it for anxiety, panic attacks and depression.

*Still getting panic attacks due to chronic anxiety.

Sweating nightly as I watch TV. *

Have lost a lot of weight due to heavy sweating and acute anxiety.

I am hungry all the time but cannot put on weight.

      Sleep has improved.

The increased dosage has affected my thinking ability as I am finding it difficult to create a simple sentence.

      *Your comments would be appreciated.
