sweats and shakes.

I wont repeat my entire story as it's so long and i am working to get all the help i can but it's taking time obviously.

Now my worry in this post is that out of nowhere i start sweating and shaking, it is a full body sweat and even wakes me from sleep too.

As of now i have just had hours of chest pounding followed by a time of body shaking a lot and a full body sweat.

GP cannot find anything physically wrong at all and she has checked bloods, ECG and lots of other things.

Is it just part of anxiety? Does anyone else get this and any tips to stop it please? X

Have been exact same place, But please if somebody could tell me why why why???

Please sb tell me why this happens to us?

Missy I think it's just adrenaline from the anxiety, yes I have been under a huge amount of  stress and this is how our bodies must react to the adrenaline that the stress and anxiety pumps around our bodies.

I worry non stop about so many things, you are not alone and now I know that I am not alone either, you have this too, it's horrid anxiety.

I feel sleepy when it stops for a little while even though I still feel very anxious and I am sure I read that it's because the adrenaline rush leaves you tired as if you just exercised, not that I can actually sleep but it does feel like my body is 'coming down' if you see what I mean.

At the moment I get either no sleep or maybe 2-3 restless hours then I am up panicking, shaking and sweating again.

It must be hell trying to work when you are so exhausted, I am off sick at the moment due to nervous breakdown, I can't imagine how hard it must be for you.

I hope we both get some relief soon.
