Swelling

Amlodipine made my feet and legs swell to the point of them bursting open. My doctor said it was dry skin so i didn't think anything of it at first. I ran out of the medicine and noticed that the swelling was going down. My wife & daughter did some research on this medicine and found out that swelling is one of the side effects. I immediately told my doctor to change my medication and that I would not be taking it again. I tell everyone I know not to take Amlodipine My sister in law has bad HBP and her doctor prescribed her Amlodipine and her feet and ankles swole up. She doesn't take it anymore.
