Swelling (but not pain) 3 weeks after extraction

I had an tooth extracted on the upper right hand side of my mouth three weeks ago. The extraction site became infected and four days after the extraction I had a dressing applied and was given a five course of antibiotics (which I completed). I now have swelling in my upper right gum. It doesn't hurt per se but there is a sort of feeling of pressure and it feels weird if I press on my right cheek.
