Swelling in Lowe foot joint/ankle (pain in knee , elbow and wrist)

on 14 feb 2018 I had high fever and shivering with pain in soles/ ankle and joint pain (no swelling) , i was diagnosed with fever. i took medicinse for 5 days, but during this time due to some personal reasons i went through a high physical hard work like walking and travelling for 4-5 days and kept taking medicines but did not take rest. on 19th march i got same condition like 14th feb (no swelling). after that my swelling (joint/ankle) started on 27-28 feb and on 6th march morning i was not able to even stand so i admitted to hospital for 4 days, my CRP was 26/ ESR was 43/ Typhoid was positive/ chikengunia negetive. but after discharging from hospital 2-3 days later got swelling again. now i feel little feverish some times 100 or below, on 20th March 18, i again got few tests result was Uric acid 6.10 mg/dl/  CRP 101 mg/L/ RA factor Negetive / ESR 67 mm/hr.

I am so confused that what is the reason for this swelling. please help some one.
