Swelling in Neck Lymph Nodes and one testicle along with fever

I am a 24 year old male. It all started with swelling in neck lymph nodes and fever. I took some medicines prescribed by a doctor :

Montair LC tablet

Azithral-500

Sumoflam

I finished by 3rd day yesterday. The swelling in the neck nodes below ears have decreased to a good extent. But Swelling in the right testicle has appeared since yesterday. My left testicle is really swollen. Swelling is painful when touched.

Is this something I should be really worried about? I went to see a doctor today. I googled for the testicular swelling and came across this like "Tortion of testes","Epididymitis" and Hernia. I am pretty sure its not hernia.

I am worried about  "Tortion of testes" since it can lead to death of a testes.

I went to see a doctor earlier today and he says that my testicular swelling , swelling in the lymph nodes and fever are related.  He is not a specialty is urology and therefore I wonder if he knows what he is talking about.

I am pretty worried. Can someone please tell me what these symptoms indicate?

Note: I do not have any trouble while passing urine.

Examine yourself to see if anything feels different i.e. unexplained lumps, but if you are not sure see your GP. Don't leave it. I don't want to worry you, but I was in the same position as yourself and it ended out to be cancer. It was treatable and I am now clear of cancer. It could be a build up of fluid or a cyst, so don't ignore it.

Thank you ! I wont ignore it. Just got back from a meeting with that doctor and he has diagnosed Orchitis. If change my doctor in case the medinces dont seem to work.

Don't change doctors if the treatment does not work, you end up back at square one. If it doesn't work continue seeing the same doctor, that way he will move forward to treatment more aggressive or possibly a referral.

But good luck with your treatment and that it is successful.
