Swelling in right side of my Adam's apple for over a year

Hi,

I have had swelling in the right side of my throat for over a year now. To be precise when I look in the mirror, the right side of my Adam's apple appears to be bigger than the left. I am perfectly healthy otherwise. I don't have any cough or cold whatsoever. But this swelling sometimes increases and decreases by itself. But the right side of the Adam's apple always appears bigger whether there is swelling or not. Last year I went to 2 ENT specialists and both of them told me that there was nothing to worry about and it happens. But there is always a sense of discomfort or I should say worry that always bothers me. What could be the possible causes and diagnosis for this condition? Any help would be appreciated.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Vyomesh
