Swelling in the temple and head

Hello, im 22 years old. for about a month I have swelling in the area of ​​the left temple (above the end of the eyebrow). The swelling is felt but not really visible. There is also a swelling on the left side of the head itself (in the line above the ear) with sensitivity to touch in these areas. Also in sharp movements  there is a sharp pain in the back of the left side of the head or in the area of ​​the left temple. Sometimes there is pain in the area without any trigger. A neurologist referred me for blood tests, a CT scan, and an eye exam, which came out normal (The pains and swelling occurred after the first pfizer vaccination for covid-19, on the same day of the vaccination I felt a strong headache on the left side of head) I would love to hear your opinion, what could it be? And if it safe to take the second dose of vaccine?
