Swelling lymph nodes

i have been experiencing swelling of lymph nodes since a year now, swelling all around the body, the groins, arms, neck and jaw, so last year i did biopsy by taking one of the node on my neck i waited for the result with so much panic and when the result came out the doctor said they could not find any thing and they did not tell me the reason why the lymph nodes swell , now i am still feeling the lymph nodes all around please someone should tell me if he or she experience such and what did you do about it?. thanks
