swelling on my penis

Hello . I need your help in solving my health problem, I recently suffer from the appearance of swelling on my penis exactly under the glans on the left side, the penis appears in its normal shape, but the swelling appears significantly upon erection, and I also noticed the change in the color of the glans to dark black from the bottom and sides, with knowledge I don't have any sexual relations at all, I did a urine test and it didn't show that I had any infection.
