Swelling that never gone

Hi I'm Agatha 20 years old, and I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis for about 1 year ago. Right now the pain is no longer present (maybe because I takes Sulfasalazine 200 mg and Etoricoxib 45 mg everyday since 6 months ago). But I don't have any idea why the swelling on my both ankles are always there eventhough the pain has gone?
Fyi : I was diagnosed with mild psoriatic arthiris and the psoriatic type of the skin doesn't show on me. The clinical manifestation are only redness, swelling, pain, stiffness on both of my ankles, pain on my vertebrae (T12-L1), and sausage digit on my right 4th toe
Anyone can help (how to reduce the swelling)?
Thank you

The ankle swelling is probably due to gravity. You could try decompression or flight socks to improve venous return?
