(Day 18)  I did laps yesterday with a kick board at the local Y, noticeable improvement in walking and mood today.  Don't think it was coincidence.  Highly recommend this relaxing, non-weight bearing starter exercise.  Go slow, it takes awhile to warm up!

    Thanks for the post I went to the pool yesterday (5 weeks post op) and it was great I just floated on my back holding a board and kicked up and down the lanes with short fins on for thirty minutes. Was relaxing and felt good for everything especially my back which hasn’t been happy post op with limited sleeping positions
