Switched from Celexa to Prozac

I switched directly from 20mg Celexa to 10mg Prozac. My psychiatrist told me 10mg Prozac is roughly an equivalent dose, but it looks like the minimum therapeutic dose for depression is 20mg? Has anyone here recovered from depression on 10mg Prozac?

    hi daniel. im on 40 and no side effects after 6 months. first 4 months challenging. although i have had to micro dose with cannabis of an evening to finally get to a point im comfortable coping with. good luck but speak to your local mental health team for proper advice. my local hospital is incredible but need a gp referral
