Buspirone is Wellbutrin under a different name. I hated Wellbutrin, it made me hyper and nervous and want to crawl out of my skin. I was on it for over a month and could not handle it. Doctor switched me to Celexa and that didnt do squat for my anxiety or depression, and then i got switched to Effexor and that really worked well until i decided i didnt want to be on medication anymore and took myself off meds for 2 years. Well, long story short, the anxiety came back, tried to go back on Effexor and it didnt work. The doctor said my body had built up a tolerance for the medication, so he put me on Lexepro and Latuda and it works great. Wellbutrin is what they give to smokers trying to quit smoking. Those (some) people experience bad nightmares while on it. I will not touch Wellbutrin again if you paid me. But everyone is different, just because it didnt work for me doesnt mean it wont work for you. Just be careful and read up on the side effects before you take it. That way you know if you are having an adverse reaction to it once it gets into your system.

It's all in clean eating and proper supplements. Go see a functional doctor, best advise I could give you. These are imbalances most meds cant address. "Let food be thy medicine" and sleep, also excercise. It all starts with food and its effects on the body.

This does work for some people, and more power to you if it works for you. It never worked for me, nor did meditation, raki, or accupuncture. I believe Chefe is beyond the point to try the healthy food diet. And needs modern medicine. His libido problem is not going to get solved by eating wheat grass. This is not something i would give for advice to someone in his condition. He most likely has a job and cant take the time out to do the natures miracle diet. He needs help and wants it quickly and meds is the only way that will happen.

you are very right.im chef, high stress job, family and 2 young kids, and was seeing psychologist just before the pandemic,i discovered that my abusive violent mother messed me up really good, most my health and GAD comes from that period.I also recently meet my father after 40 years of not knowing him, very emotional experience, this is when it all come out,all the anxiety and that my mother was lying to me about who he was. is true, when i go to gym and have routine i feel bit better, but all that situation now, being home, managing kids, and recent death of sort of family member does not do me good,my obsession thinking i have serious condition is not normal,i did 3 rounds of blood tests in last few months, showing nothing, bunch of MRI ,CT scan se results,i just keep thinking they all missing my condition, whatever that is!! i did not trust any doctor, was going from 1 appointment to another. At least with celexa is much better,i just wish it didn't have that sexual side effects.

what you are describing are symptoms of PTSD as well as GAD. My step mother abused me as a child as well. I have been sufferering ever since. Stop second guessing yourself. You are screwed up just like me and the rest of us on this forum. We are special. Look, you can try the miracle natures diet, or you can get some real relief in the form of medication. The diet may or may not work and its a life style change that takes too long to implement. You want fast relief of your symptoms, see a psychiatrist get a benzo, xanex, adavan, kolonopin, etc., for the short term panic attacks and then start a long term plan such as celexa, effexor, lexepro, etc., You will be fine and you wont have to stop your life to find relief.

Yes, i explained my experience with Wellbutrin (buspirone) in my first response to you. I was on buspirone for over a month and could not handle it. See my first response up top of this page. Its a medicine the use to help smokers quit smoking and it nearly made me want to kill myself. Be careful
