hi i am currently on 30mg of citalopram. still have a lot of anxiety. got jaw clenching too. i am going to taper down to 20mg then do a direct switch to 10mg escitalopram. i am wondering if someone has done this and if they had side effects and also if helped anxiety.

hi ive been recommended to try this too but in scared too. ive been on citalopram since end of
november and gradually increased to 30mg but its not working very well (very up and down)
hopefully someone out there can help us with some experience of it
