Switching from mirtazapine to duloxetine

ok so to cut a long story as short as poss. After 20 or so years on Mirtazapine I'm switching to duloxetine (needed for neuralgia and not compatible with mirtazapine so I want to come off). Im reducing mirtazapine whilst starting on low dose duloxetine. Took a half dose (15mg) mirtazapine last night and my first dose of duloxetine this morning. So far my skin has stsrted to go goosebumpy, my guts feel "anxious" and I have that lumpy can't swallow feeling in my throat. I'm pacey and can't sit still. I don't know what to attribute to the new drug or what is withdrawals from mirtazapine. Not feeling great, but not losing my mind either. Anyone done this transition? How did it go?
