I've been on sertraline 50mg for 3 months now and its worked quite well but I have terrible dry mouth all the time. I suffer from GAD.
Has anyone switched to Lexapro from sertraline? If so how was it?

?I haven't switched from sertraline, but 5 days ago switched from Citalopram to Escitalopram, since the Citalopram quit working for me.
?Although the switch hasn't been horrible, honestly if a dry mouth is the only side effect you're having I would stick with the sertraline, just because you never know how easy/difficult switching over could be:-).
