Hi all
I’ve been on escitalopram for nearly 2 years it’s turn me into a horrible person anger paranoia mood swings etc doc changed me to citalopram witch worked for years then just stoped working hoping they work for me again as anyone done the switch with success

I ve been on escitalopram since 3 months on 20mg and yes I can aggree that I could not feel as much peacefull mind as I wanted, on the contrary, I was more motivated but also more stressed, so I reduced the dose to 10mg and the night I take 15mg of remeron to sleep better and the other day gives me also calmness. So I intent to the near future to give up escitalopram and leave only the remeron. In the past I have used citalopram with no success. I believe that antidipressants does help to the depression but are not very good in anxiety...for me...so from time to time I take a bit of benzo to calm. Wishing you good luck!
