hi all. does anyone here get swollen achy feet in the heat ? I'm not sure is it because of the heat or what? but they are aching so much.im a bit dizzy aswell and I am freaking out. could it be something serious ? my ecg on heart was normal. there was nothing bad. what else could cause swollen achy feet ? and is it something to worry about

I have aches everwhere. especially in my left leg and right arm and sholder/chest area. it freaks me out thinking i have blood clots and or a PE. why is this happening to us. Im going to try and go for a 10 min walk today because you know what i fear passing out yet i havent yet. and thats what im going to tell myself.

yes i do especially in my thumb. also sometimes in my tongue
