Swollen and fused!!!!

Does anyone have both together? I have fused skin which hurts like hell if I try to separate! Have been reading about bicarb... how much and what do you do?

Also the past few weeks my skin goes ready tight and burning as it swells for no reason that I know! One min its ok and the next very swollen tight and iching like crazy? Ths mainly happen around the outter lips and towards the back.

    Hi 

    My dosnt swell but it goes really red and inflammed for no apparent reason,  i havent tried bicarb but i have dried my grand-daughters Bepanthen which helps.  I have to use it at night though its a bit messy.

    Careful with this. When something similar happened to me it was because I had a big abcess between my clitoris and the labia that had stuck together, enclosing it. My whole crotch was inflamed. I foolishly waited till the cyst had burst to go to emergency. I needed a course of antibiotics. This is a thing that happens with LS. Not saying it's what you have, but possibly similar.

    1/3 cup bicarbonate to a bath or a pinch in a small spray bottle x
