ive noticed that my foreskin was painful and swollen a day or 2 after having sex. there seems to be a lump there that looks like a vein and it's also swollen on one aide of the penis, with veins being bigger than usual. it used to be painful to retract, but now after 5 days, its not painful anymore, but the lumps and swelling is still there. is it something serious and should i he concerned?
