Swollen ankles

Hi all worrying a Lot with these palpitations and have noticed over the past few years have swollen ankles I do suffer with anxiety which they say the palpitations are from that but I think I've got heart disease now I've had bloods done a few months ago and ECG for palpitations which came back normal so now I'm worrying about this other symptom now

    Sorry to hear about your palpitations. I too have them all too regularly alongside my anxiety disorder. ECGs are a one off so ask your doctor for a HOLTER device which you wear (like an old walkman tape player) and this records your heart ecg for a week. It'll rule out Atrial Fibrillation. You can have anxiety and other causes of arrhythmia too so it's important to look into this.

    Your swollen ankles can be caused by heart problems or by unrelated issues, try not to worry and make your anxiety worse. Learn how to meditate because this will calm your whole body and relax your vital signs and your mind.
