Swollen area under eyebrow - any ideas?

I was diagnosed with Blepharitis last year and after following the usual cleaning regime seem to have got that under control. 

My problem now is that the area under my eyebrow is badly swollen and can be quite pink. To clarify, I don't mean my eyelid but the area of skin above my eyelid and below my eyebrow.

It is usually worse in the morning, and sometimes can be so bad that I can actually 'see' the swelling.

It is possible this is part of the blepharitis condition or could it be something separate.

I would be most grateful for the forum's opinions.

    Could it be a chemical in the wipes you are using?

      Thanks for replying.

      I don't use any wipes.  I only use Blephagel on a Q-tip.

      I'd have  word with your pharmacist just in case there is something in the gell that is acting as an irritant
