Swollen armpit lymph node

I say about a month ago... I noticed my left

armpit had a large lump. It's hard for me to say how long ago I truly noticed it. I am a over weight guy, i just thought I had alot of fat there. Couple weeks ago I showed my wife and she said I need to get it checked. Went to the doctor and he thought it was lipoma, he could move it a lil bit and the size. He also said I have had it for awhile due to the size.

I had a physical last month and blood work was normal. He said was no need to run labs again at this point. I did a xray last week which showed it was a enlarged lymph node and not lipoma.

He examined me physically and told me you have no other enlargements in the usual lymph node areas.

I am scheduling to have a biopsy of the node monday( July 30th 2018)

I suffer from severe GAD, so I think I'm going to die over everything. What worries me is, I seemed to be losing weight. Like 3-4 pounds it seems. I am completely freaking out. It's all I been thinking about for 2 weeks. Just want to talk to you guys about it and hear your thoughts. Thank you.
