Swollen Bump on Meatus & Uneven Glans

Hello all,

for around a year now I have problems with the meatus & glans of my penis.

Following symptoms occur:

-Bump on the right side next to meatus

-Bump on the left side in the meatus/urethra opening

-Bumpy / Uneven Skin on Glans (Only noticable when penis is erect)

-foreskin is looser than before / dry

-stings in upper part of urethra when ejaculating

-red & swollen glans (when erect)

-red inside of foreskin

-when penis is not errect meatus shows lip like urethra entry !

All these symptoms feel sometimes better & sometimes worse

I went to multiple Urologist & Dernatologists and multiple local creams were tried including cortisone. Also anti-fungal/bacterial creams. Nothing helped.

Also did STD tests and Mycoplasm Bacteria. Everything came back negative.

At the moment I use Aquaphor daily on the glans which seems to help a bit with the symptoms.

Any tips / ideas are appreciated !

i tested all stds & common bacteria.

hsv 1 + 2 were tested together and positive.

but i am going to test hsv 2 seperately this week.

dermatologists say its not herpes though..

You definitely should see a doctor about the bumps on both sides of the urinary meatus.

The lip-like entry to the urethra seem like meatal lips, which are a normal feature and common in intact men.

I have been to multiple doctors. But no conlcusion what it is.

The big bump isn't common but the small bumps are fordyce spots.
