My left ear has been a swollen for about 3 weeks and only feels a little pain when i rest my head on the pillow at night. No other sensations, etc or symptoms.. Trying to determine what course of action or specialist to see.
Currently have some spring nasal allergies and had the Pfizer vaccine 2nd shot about a month ago.
Thanks for any thoughts or suggestions.

Looks like an infection in the cartilage of your ear. Have you had any blows to the ear or been punched in the ear , been stung maybe?I cant see any piercings which can sometimes get infected like this. You may need some antibiotics. Maybe see a dermatologist? If it starts to spread or gets very painful you need medical attention quickly.
