swollen feet

I was put on these tablets first 5mg daily for 3 weeks then 10mg daily I felt good just after 3 days of starting these, but now my feet are so swollen they look like elephant feet.

I have to say that it is the only problem, but after reading all the coments I think it is best to go back to the doctor.

My feet are ok first thing in the morning but by lunch tome they are swollen and by night time they are very bad. Has anyone had this and then it went away??

    Hi,

I was put on Amlodipine in December, last week i noticed that my feet looked huge very swollen, they also look ok in the morning but by the evening they are massive,i believe this is a common side effect of this particular drug, i am also on 10mg a day, my colleague had the same problem and went back to her doctor she is now on a diffeent blood pressure drug and is ok, i will definitely go to see my doctor this week about it.
