Swollen feet that won’t go away?

so let me start by saying that i have a very inactive life because of chronic conditions like endometriosis and a vestibular disorder.

this past friday we moved apartments, same block, just two buildings in between, because of this we didnt see the need for mover and did everything between my husband and i, including furniture dissasembling and re-assembling, lots of back and forward walking and some heavy lifting.

by the end of friday my feet were a little swollen, saturday morning i woke up with swollen hands as well, by the sunday night (the move took us all weekend) feet and hand were hurting and very swollen.

it is wenesday and they are still swollen, not as bad but enough to bother me; i was wondering if this is normal from the move and to give it time or if i should make an appt to see my dr. by the way i take effexor and meclizine but have been doing so for more than 4 months already without any issues
