Swollen foot...?

Anyone ever experienced foot swelling in that area? Really painful to touch and a tiny bit sore at rest and gets really sore after longer periods of walking. Should I be worried? It started after a long day on my feet at work.

    As this is just one foot and its painful to touch it sounds like either an injury to your foot or an infection. You really should see a professional but in the mean time try to elevate it as much as possible with cold compresses like a bag of frozen peas.   If it becomes very swollen and  red and angry looking then do go to A/E or ER.
