i was showering earlier and when i hopped out the shower i noticed my foreskin was getting very swollen. its not under the shaft but closed around it. i can still pull back my foreskin but its a little more trouble, its also uncomfortable and gets a itchy. its really swollen but does not hurt. should i go to a doctors or hospital?
