I had itching in my groin from 30 Nov 2017 and 01 dec it spreads to one side of testicles, next day it was severe itching spreaded all the testicles. Tried with anti fungal powder gets comfortable for few hours but severe itching did not stop and spreaded to foreskin. Today 4th Dec 2017, my foreskin is swollen in 3 hours become like a twisted snake with ball on the head. I could able to retract and get it back, but the shape of penis is weird.

Apart from the i do not have any blisters or pimples, just rashes, severe itching and swollen foreskin. I am planning to vist dr tomorrow. any has similar?

Sorry - I never had these symptoms before. Hope your doctor's visit gives you a good result.

Maybe a really bad case of jock itch, but it definitely sounds like you should see a doctor.  Please let us know what they say.

If you want to post a pic, you need to be on a PC or laptop to add pictures.  If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over mountains) will add images.

The pic I've attached here shows the icons:

      Hi ml66uk,

      thanks for your comment.

Dr. said it is better case of paraphimosis as i am able retract the foreskin and urination. He recommended me for uncircum.... operation, which i do not like. He also prescribed a antibiotic, cream & body lotion. i followed it 2 courses completely penis came back to normal but it took a week to cure the itching sensation.

I also feel its Jock itch seeing not paraphimosis. Anyway i got cured now.

      thanks for your help again.
