To bring the swellibg down you need to take ibuprofen 800mg max, ice it for 10 minutes every 30 minutes as much as possible. Sleep on your back so your genitalia is above heart level. If it's irritation I would get hydrocortisone or betamethizone prescribed(hydrocortisone is over the counter) and apply it liberally
If it's an infection try to get antibiotics and retract your foreskin and run water over it and your foreskin while gently rubbing the surface with clean fingers.... No soap as it dries you up, gets rid of good bacteria-inviting bad ones and cracking your foreskin

Hi steven, I like you, also cured phimosis. Mine was quite severe when I was 16 / 17 YOA, and it has taken me until the age of 59 onwards until I had what looked like a 'normal' adult uncircumcised erect penis, with the majority of the glans exposed. { the underside still remains attached, but does not impact on general appearance } My complicating factor was that I had a severe skin condition of the glans and foreskin to contend with along the way, that is how it took so long to achieve a normal look.
So, I am wondering whether the point you have reached is actually a 'cure'? From my own experience, I would not expect to have a swollen foreskin if my phimosis was truly sorted. Unless, I regularly engage in applying severe pressure on that area with vigorous sexual activity / masturbation, where you draw the entire skin of the shaft of the penis toward the body, placing your foreskin under extreme conditions to endure. If you want to talk about these aspects of what it is you have going on, and where it is you are with your phimosis stretching, then simply reply / update this discussion ...... ?

as tangki suggests, if you post a picture from a laptop, or a PC using the Upload an Image icon to the upper right of the text box
The text on your last reply was a bit jumbled, so I'm not quite sure what you meant? Anyways, do you have any issues with the foreskin when your penis is at the height of arousal, or even, when it is erect at all?
