I hope you are doing and im writing here to hear your opinion which means alot to me btw.

Its been few days im dealing with this tinder swollen gland, right under my left ear, it gets worse and gets even more swollen when i eat or speak. while im laying down its not a big deal.

I started having joint pains ( just knees ) from last year and my ankles twist very easily which makes playing football very hard for me and my left ankle feels weak. i went to doctors and they did full blood test and they said there was not much but a little rais in CK of my blood. though its been few days im having swollen gland but the test was taken in November, 7 months ago. i was worried about more serious problems such as HIV and have been tested up to 9 months from last sexual activity i had which was protected however still i went and tested for HIV numerous time mostly 4th generation tests to rule it out completely and always tests came back negative. however im still feeling tired, having dry mouth and now swollen gland, I dont know whats wrong.

    Hello there, whitewolfJOHN.

Hope you doing fine there, i feel your fear my friend.

Just try overcome it without stressing your self too much, relax a little. Besides blood test, had you do any scanning? Ultrasound or CT scan might do..Most accurate you might do CT scan complete with contrast. Get your self do more exercise, healthy diet and also equip your self with supplement.

I also had my lymph node in front of my right neck checked and that really freaked me out. it's been swelling 3 month now, got a CT scan on it and the result turn out to be normal. So i asked the specialist twice for reassurance and he told me don't worry about it, and it gives me a little relief for a while. Since i notice i got this swelling 3 month ago it really worsen my anxiety and fatigue after i get my self quitting smoking too. So it continuously happening until i traumatized. Body system is getting crazy, consulting too many doctors one after one. It really make me stress and I'm loosening my weight. Thank God i managed to control it by now and having a good night sleep. The specialist doctor told me some people are having this and it's normal. I too have a weak leg sometimes. Importantly just drink more fluid, exercise everyday, good diet, drink more milk and water, eat more greenish vegetables and fruits, take supplement such as vitamins. it's important to strengthen your immune my friend.

    Your welcome John,

How do you do today? a little better?

well, Health is so important for us, sometimes we never wake up untill we're ill. I had that careless too, that is why i quit my 12 years smoking habbit for good. Now i practice my healthy diet, exercise in the morning and everning. Vitamin A, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C and Vitamin K. Those are some vitamins i would like to share with you for your daily boost. Today i feel quit fine with a little sore on the right side of my neck. But i know it's starting to reduce day after day, the sore seems to come once in a while. Good luck John.

      Hey Cassey,

sorry for delay response, my swollen gland is all gone however something else is making me extremely nervous and thats folliculitis.

in past few weeks i started having folliculitis inside my nose which comes and goes and having some ( not more than 3 at a time ) on my torso and left arm. have you ever experienced such things while taking those vitamin boosts. can they cause this?

      Hi John,

It's alright we all have our busy schedule smile , well i'm gland to hear that you are recovering from your swollen gland John,  But i don't think vitamin boosts will causes folliculitis, most common folliculitis is due to bacterial or fungal infection, had you go and meet your GP yet? I think it's better for you to check what cause folliculitis after your swollen gland. For me i never experienced it before, only sore sensation once in a while at the right side of my neck. Sometimes it also triggered pinching kind of pain on my left or right side of my head. But will feel much better after workout in the morning and evening. But John, i can confirm you vitamins had nothing to do with folliculitis smile Go get your GP turn on for check up. By the way when are you going back to london?

      hey cassey,

Thank you very much for your reply, a friend of mine passed me this cream which i used only two times and folliculitis are gone and at the same time i stopped taking multivitamins hahaha

My mind was telling me there is nothing else to cause this but this somehow and maybe mind truly is a powerful tool to make you believe the impossible lol.

anyways im going to visit a proper doctor very soon. going back to london in two weeks time.
