swollen in my lymph nodes , i needs extremely help

i'am 21 years olds ,, i have noticed a swelloen lymph nodes in armpit before a year ago and i did an ultrasound pictures and it sized only 2 mm

and now after i did another ultrasounds pictures and its sized 13 and BILATERAL wich means its not reactive .. painless and palpable

no medical history or family history with breast cancer

breast normal

CBC normal

no focal inflammtion in ultrasounds

what's the next step to do ?

    Are they still swollen from one year ago ? 

    Not reactive  or from infections.... how do you know that

      yes i did an ultrasound before a year ago and it was 2mm and now its 13mm and the other one is 9mm ,, which means that it still growing another meaning that its Not REACTIVE

      and abt the infections ,, its not painful at all and beside to that  they are from very long time ago which is definitely not infections !

      Infectious mononucleosis, cytomegalovirus (CMV)

      Roseola infantum - human herpesvirus type 6 (HHV-6)

      Dengue fever

      Adenovirus

      Bacterial

      Septicaemia

      Typhoid fever

      TB

      Syphilis

      Plague

      Lyme disease

      Tularaemia

      Brucellosis

      Protozoal

      Toxoplasmosis, leishmaniasis, Chagas' disease

      African trypanosomiasis (sleeping sickness)

      Fungal

      For example, coccidioidomycosis

      Autoimmune disorders and hypersensitivity states

      Juvenile idiopathic arthritis

      Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)

      Drug reactions (eg, phenytoin, allopurinol, primidone)
