Swollen itchy and painful ankle

does anyone know what may have caused this? have had it for 2-3 weeks now and its only getting worse

    Hello Shannon

    It looks to me like cellulitis, is it red and swollen, if so you should see a Doctor, you need to be on antibiotics, if it is cellulitis you could get a further infection of the blood, please let me know how you get on.

    I have had cellulitis 3 times and once I had sepsis with it.
